Some of the morals (like 诚信 and 友善) can be displayed when they interact with people in lives. For example, 友善 will influence them to be friendlier with people they may not be familiar with (like when they were welcoming us), therefore building their interaction skills. This can help them in the future, when they have to interact with people in the workplace. They can then build stronger relationships.
